- European Vehicle Recovery
Check if your policy covers Hungary and Romania
- Travel Insurance

Letter of authorisation to drive vehicle, if the vehicle you are using doesn't belong to you.
We require:
- efficient car
- MT tires (Mud Tires), eventually AT (All Terrain)
- elemental off-road equipment,
- CB Radio (EU standart, not UK)
- camping equipment
- supplies water and lunch,
- light and head light.
In addition, we recommend:
- gps,
- rovinieta - Nevertheless every car that uses a motorway(A) or a national road (DN) in Romania must wear a sticker called a "rovinieta"
on its windscreen, which can be bought at larger petrol stations just behind the border crossing, (16 EUR/30days)
- MAPS - A set of road maps would also be useful
Do not forget:
- a first aid kit complete with ANTIBIOTIC, antiseptic, eye drops, etc ...,
