• Participants are required to send the booking form and pay the cash advance as soon as possible.
• A cash advance of 25% of the overall total has to be paid into the account by Paypal to office@4x4zone.co.uk.
• The remaining amount has to be paid on the day of departure.
• Cash advance refund:
  • Under 21 days until departure - 0% refund
  • Under 28 days until departure - 10% refund
  • Under 35 days until departure - 40% refund
  • Under 47 days until departure - 60% refund
  • Above 47 days until departure - 100% refund
